Privacy and conditions of use

We inform you that the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196, dated June the 30th 2003, provides you with protection in relation to the processing of personal data. This law ensures that such data processing complies with the fundamental rights, freedom and the dignity of the interested party, with special reference to privacy and your rights to have your personal information protected.

According to the Article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/03, Mammadù informs you that:

  • data voluntary provided, included e-mail addresses, will be collected and managed only for the purpose of providing requested information and services;
  • data provided will not be used for a different purpose without the explicit consent of the user.

Personal data will be collected and managed with computerized tools for the time necessary to accomplish the purpose for which they have been provided by the user.

Users are liable for accuracy and truth of the data sent to Mammadù.

Users at any time are entitled to rights defined by the Article 7 of D. Lgs 196/03, namely, they have right to know the origin of data, to know the purpose of management, to verify accuracy of their data and to ask for an update, a correction or an integration of their personal data, according to the conditions specified by the Italian Privacy Law.

Pursuant to and in accordance with the same Article of Italian Privacy Law, users have the right to ask for deletion, change in anonymous of their personal data and restriction of data management for law violation. They can deny the right to manage personal data for proper reasons too.

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to make analysis on how www.mammadu.com is used by visitors.

Information provided by cookies - included users’ IP address - will be sent to, and stored on the Google's servers in USA. Google uses collected information either to track and analyze the use of www.mammadu.org, provide reports on the site activities to Mammadù and provide more services on the use of Sites and Internet.

Google can send information to third parties where it is stated by the Law or where third parties manage these information on the behalf of Google. Google will not link the IP address of users to any other data managed by Google.

You can refuse to accept cookies by selecting the right option on your browser, but this could make the sites not running on your browser.

Using the site www.mammadu.com, users provide explicit consent to the management of their data by Google for the purposes set out above. The information is collected solely for statistical purposes and not to identify single users.
